As per the Indian Stamp (Haryana Amendment) Bill, 2018 (“Amendment Bill”) passed by the Haryana Government, it has revised the stamp duty rates on 65 instrument including power of attorney, agreement, indemnity etc. The aforesaid Amendment Bill is yet to be published in the official gazette.
